These are our own custom made nylon Peugeot 306 GTi-6 Resonator Bungs to suit the GTi-6 Inlet Manifold.
The OEM plastic resonator box regularly splits and causes idle/non-start issues, and is also cumbersome for wiring tidiness and access underneath when used on the Peugeot 205 GTi-6 transplant.
These are a tight push-fit, and include a new nitrile o-ring. For best fitment, simply lube the seal with the inlet manifold removed and press it firmly into the hole. On freshly powdercoated inlet manifolds, you may find you need to lightly burr the inside of the hole prior to fitting these with a scourer/ScotchBrite style sanding pad.
