We personally run these on our own vehicles and the quality is superb, and saves having to buy the full engine rocker cover as the part itself is unavailable separately.

They include the cap, spring and membrane.
Top tip for fitting: prize the cap off, remove the old contents, and add the new membrane into the hole. Weigh the membrane down slightly and start the engine briefly, in which the vacuum will pull the membrane into the engine cover, securing it and seating it properly to avoid trapping or creasing it.
